Healing the Soul-Self
Now is the time to heal and forgive ourselves and others of the core patterns that are keeping us stuck in a cycle of dramas being repeated over and over again.
I offer several modalities that help us navigate through the issues, assisting us in releasing patterns and programs that create the blocks, which keep us stuck on the wheel of reincarnation.
The following processes help us recognize those triggers or buttons, which bring up anger, fear, negative thought patterns, relationships with family, friends, coworkers, and even patterns we don't even know we have because they are so ingrained in us. These processes work in our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. During a session, these patterns are then released and transmuted from the cells, chakras, meridians, our subtle bodies, and our karmic and present life.
I like to liken this work to being on an archeological dig of our soul. We start at the surface and slowly go deeper to find what we are saving for that rainy day but are no longer needed, making room for love, compassion, joy, abundance, and knowing the truth of who we are and how we are all one with each other, all of life.
